Manage groups

In the SecureAuth Identity Store, use groups to organize sets of user identities.

For example, a group might contain managers, seasonal workers, and consumers.

What you need to know

Each time you add a new group, it automatically creates a dynamic privilege in this name format: Group <name of group> dynamic privilege. For example, the CashiersHoliday group has a dynamic privilege named: Group CashiersHoliday dynamic privilege.

Then, you'll use these dynamic privileges to give users permissions to manage user identities in that group.

For example, you'll give John privileges to the Group CashiersHoliday dynamic privilege. What this means is that John can manage user identities in the CashiersHoliday group.
