Requiring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Upon Signing In to SecureAuth

Require Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from administrators signing in to SecureAuth.

Prerequisites

Access to the Admin workspace of your tenant.

If you do not have access to the Admin workspace, contact SecureAuth Sales Team.

Require MFA Upon Login to SecureAuth

  1. Navigate to the Admin workspace of your tenant.

  2. Select Applications > Clients > Admin Portal > Policies.

  3. Assign the MFA User policy (steps #2 and #3).

    Result: Users are required to authenticate with a second factor upon signing in to the SecureAuth platform.
