Symptom

Blank profile fields appear when working on a User Self Service Account Update realm in SecureAuth v7.3.1.

Cause

This is a coding error in the AccountUpdate.aspx file used in SecureAuth v7.3.1

Resolution

These instructions explain how to modify SecureAuth code files that can impact the operation of the appliance

Follow these steps carefully – serious problems can occur if these files are incorrectly modified

For added protection, back up the files before they are modified – in this manner, original files can be restored if a problem occurs

If unsure about executing changes or if encountering any problem while implementing these instructions, contact SecureAuth support at +1 949 777 6959 Option 2 for assistance

1. In the User Self Service Account Update realm, locate the AccountUpdate.aspx file in the Authorized directory

2. Use the Windows Notepad application to edit this code in the file as follows

4. Save the file

Changes saved the profile fields in the User Self Service Account Update realm should now display correctly
