RADIUS v1.0.x configuration data is not retained or used by RADIUS v2.3.9 or v2.3.14

1. Back up the file

2. Install RADIUS v2.3.9 / v2.3.14 in a new folder, separate from earlier versions of RADIUS, per the Install RADIUS 2.3.9 / 2.3.14 instructions

3. Validate RADIUS v2.3.9 / v2.3.14 installed successfully
