The Support Portal home page with the Register button highlighted at the top right.

Forgot your password?

If you forgot your password, use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in form to have a reset link emailed to you. If you haven't registered yet, the same form also has a Sign up link.

Submit a request

Submitting a request gives Support Engineers the detail they need to respond directly through the portal.

  1. From the top navigation, click Submit a Request.

The Support Portal home page with the Submit a Request button highlighted at the top right.
  2. Choose the product your request is about. Picking the correct product makes sure your request is routed to the right team. If you're signed in, key details are filled in for you automatically.

  3. Complete the fields that appear. They depend on the product you chose. Give us as much detail as you can: your product version, any relevant logs or screenshots, and the exact time the issue happened, including time zone.

  4. Click Submit.

You get email updates as we work on your request, and you can follow it under My Requests.

Manage your cases

After you submit a request, it becomes a case that you can follow, reply to, and track to resolution. To see your cases, sign in and click My Requests, from the top navigation or from the menu under your name.

The list shows every case you've raised, each with its subject, the time of its most recent reply, and a color-coded status so you can see where it stands at a glance. You can sort by Created date, Updated date, or Status, show the ones awaiting your reply first, or click Mark all as read.

The My Requests list showing cases with Awaiting Engineer, Solved, Awaiting your reply (with a NEW tag), and Closed status tags.
