Configure Translations in SecureAuth

SecureAuth supports localization of the identity experience across multiple languages. This includes login UI text, consent screens, email templates, and SMS messages.

Administrators can manage translations directly from the admin portal—without requiring theme customization or code changes.

Supported Areas for Translation

You can configure translations for:

  • Login and registration page labels
  • Error messages and form placeholders
  • Consent and privacy text
  • Email templates (subject and body)
  • SMS messages (OTP, alerts)

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log into the Admin UI

  1. Navigate to your SecureAuth Admin Console.
  2. Select the appropriate workspace if branding is workspace-specific.

2. Open the Translation Editor

  1. Go to BrandingTranslations.
  2. Select the language you want to edit from the dropdown.
  3. Use the search bar to find specific keys (e.g., login.submit, error.requiredField).

3. Edit Translation Text

  1. Click the edit icon next to any translation key.
  2. Enter your custom translated text.
  3. Click Save to apply the change.
  4. Use the Preview button to see changes in real-time for the current workspace.

4. Add a New Language (If Needed)

  1. Click Manage Languages.
  2. Select from supported language options (e.g., es, fr, de, ar).
  3. Set a fallback language if no translation is available.
  4. Save changes to enable the language for your tenant.

Best Practices

  • Keep translations consistent with your brand tone and legal requirements.
  • Always preview UI in target language before publishing.
  • Use variable placeholders (e.g., {{username}}, {{code}}) carefully.
  • Update translations when introducing new consent fields or UI customizations.

Localization helps deliver personalized, compliant, and user-friendly experiences across global identity journeys. Workspace-level translation management allows granular control over multi-brand and multi-region deployments.
