Configuring Verification Codes for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Configure Verification Codes (length, lifetime) used for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

note

The verification codes for MFA are configured on a tenant level and apply to all workspaces.

1. Go to Tenant Settings > MFA Settings.

   

2. Choose where the verification codes can be sent:

   • To Email

   • To Mobile

   

3. Configure the verification code's length and lifetime.
