Admin roles
Use admin roles to let tenant administrators add and manage different types of administrators for the tenant, its workspaces, and its organizations. This ensures appropriate access and oversight according to specific needs and roles.
SecureAuth Connect administration capabilities fall into these categories:
-
Administration of the entire tenant (Super Admin,
admin): Manage all aspects of the tenant, including settings, users, and resources across every workspace and organization. -
Audit rights for the entire tenant (tenant Auditor,
auditor): View activities and data throughout the entire tenant. -
Administration of all organizations (Business Admin,
business_admin): Create and manage every B2B organization and its users through the delegated admin portal, without access to workspace configuration. -
Administration of a specific workspace or organization only (Admin (
admin), Organization Admin (manager), User Manager (user_manager)): Manage settings, users, or both within one workspace or organization, without access to the entire tenant. -
Audit rights for a specific workspace or organization only (workspace or organization Auditor,
auditor): View activities and data only within one workspace or organization.
