Ensure the version on the mobile device and paired watch is supported by checking the SecureAuth compatibility guide.

Download and install the SecureAuth Authenticate app:

Android: Download from Google Play

iOS: Download from Apple App Store

To connect the Authenticate app to your user profile, follow Task B in SecureAuth Authenticate app user guide.
