Risk and Assurance Providers
The SecureAuth® Identity Platform uses machine learning to track and analyze patterns in user login behavior. It tracks the login patterns for a period of time to identify normal patterns. Then, it assigns each user a risk score or level of assurance (LOA) confidence score. The login behavior pattern and risk score is unique to each user. This helps prevent unauthorized access attempts.

- Risk Provider
The risk provider determines user risk based on detected vulnerabilities and threats. This includes risks like malicious IPs, fraudulent phone numbers, unauthorized credentials, and so on.
The user risk score falls within a range of 0 to 100, with 100 indicating a high risk score. A high risk score implies that there is a higher risk of unauthorized access.
There are three user risk score levels: low, medium, and high.
- Assurance Provider
The level of assurance (LOA) provider quantifies how confident the user is the identity they claim to be.
The LOA confidence score falls within a range of 0 to 4, with 4 indicating a high degree of confidence, which is opposite of the user risk score. A high LOA score implies a low risk because there is high confidence in the user's identity.
There are three confidence score levels: low, medium, and high.
