Getting started with SessionGuardian

The following outlines the process for getting started with SessionGuardian:

  1. Set up the environment.

The SecureAuth operations team creates the SaaS environment and hands over the Admin Console to a Super Admin in your organization.

  2. Customize default settings

The Super Admin updates these default settings:

    • Global settings – Add a custom logo for the SG Admin Console and SG Client

    • Roles and permissions – Create additional roles for admin users within the Admin Console

    • Support email address – Set the email for support notifications

    • Alerts & notifications – Set which end user violations trigger alerts and customize email notification templates for each alert

    • SW version management – Decide if you want to control the SessionGuardian software version on end user devices

  3. Create user profiles

Add user profiles individually or in bulk.

  4. Onboard end users

Send email invitations to onboard end users.
