Login with password using a secure MFA

After entering your password, open your Arculix Mobile app and tap Accept on the push notification.

Login with no password using a secure MFA

After logging in with no password, open your Arculix Mobile app and tap Accept on the push notification.

Login with no password using one of the supported MFA methods in this document

After logging in with no password, use one of the following supported MFA methods to log in via the More Options button on the MFA dialog.

  • Push

  • Symbol-to-push

  • Time-based one-time password (TOTP)

  • Biometric on phone

  • Biometric on Windows workstation

  • Security key

  • SMS

  • Two-way SMS

  • Email

Login with or without password when the workstation’s internet is disabled then enter the TOTP, or use the Windows biometric or security key

Disable the internet on the workstation and then log in with or without password. In the Offline Code input field, enter the TOTP code shown on the Workstations tab of the Arculix Mobile app for that workstation. Or, if you have already registered Windows biometric or a security key previously, then log in with one of those two methods.

Lock / Logout all logins to RDP and machines using the Mobile Remote Lock in the Arculix Mobile app

Navigate to the Workstations tab on Arculix Mobile and lock or log out of workstations using the Lock / Logout buttons.

Login with or without password and MFA and view the audit trail on Arculix Mobile

Navigate to the dashboard screen of Arculix Mobile and view the audit trail.

Login using Arculix Mobile Unlock Workstation with or without password and auto-accept MFA

On the home screen of your mobile device, hold the Arculix Mobile app icon and select ‘Unlock Workstation’, then sign into your workstation. This will allow your next Device Trust login to be auto-accepted for 90 seconds.
