Certificate Revocation of X.509 (native) certificates

Introduction

Use this guide to ensure X.509v3 certificates are being revoked.

Prerequisites

  • DN (Distinguished Name)

  • Serial Number

  • Issuing Intermediate

  • Reason for revocation or suspension

Note

Prerequisite information can be found by viewing the Cert Log, accessible through either the WebAdmin or the following directory:

  • D:\SecureAuth\SecureAuth#\Certlog

    # = any realm except SecureAuth0

Configuration Steps

1. Contact support@secureauth.com for required information to revoke a X.509v3 certificate

2. A valid request will processed, revoked and confirmed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 24 hours
