Remove all SecureAuth Components Ax and Certs message
Symptom
When trying to access the network from home, the following message appears when using either Firefox or IE: "please remove all secureauth components ax and certs".
Cause
This scenario is usually caused by a Java corruption.
Resolution
Try uninstalling Java, restarting your computer, and re-installing Java. This will usually resolve the issue.
