Citrix AX and certificate enrollment issue
Symptom
In a Citrix - SecureAuth integration scenario, when trying to enroll for a certificate, upon delivery the following error is given: “Please contact admin - Unable to verify personal cert(please remove all securauth components [AX and certs]”.
Resolution
Assuming you are able to receive a registration code (and that you have checked the following: time on the appliance, the WSE WC3 settings and certificates located in the SysInfo tab of the WebAdmin, and if the certificates have the network service read permissions), it is likely that the CRL for the Intermediate CA on the Citrix NetScaler has not been updated.
Ensure you have the correct URL for the CRL list and that there is no typo. See SecureAuth CA Public Certificates to view the CRL URLs. For further assistance, contact support@secureauth.com.
