SecureAuth offers two hardware appliance models and two virtual appliance models for running SecureAuth IdP software.

Hardware appliance models include the standard appliance model and the advanced appliance model.

Installation requirements
Each appliance model is 1U rack-mountable with a standard rack width:
The standard appliance can be installed in a two- or four-post rack
The advanced appliance comes with a rail kit and is intended to be installed in a four-post rack
Physical resource requirements
Physical appliances require 1 power connection (2 for the High Availability model)
1 Data cable drop (minimum) - There are two Gigabit Network interfaces included with both physical appliance types which can be teamed or used with a NLB Configuration

Virtual appliance models
Virtual appliance models include Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2012 R2.
